I had a visual come to me on how to explain the feminine range. (Men could do this exercise too).
Picture your own personal stage with a row of spotlights. Each with a different color filter.
There’s a red light, orange, yellow etc. Every color signifies an archetype.
A woman with range has every spot light turned on and can step into each color when she pleases as she pleases.
When it comes to judging others, you’re actually recognizing an expression you have not integrated or accepted within yourself. You’re witnessing someone in a spotlight that you’ve turned off.
I’ve also found there are others who recognize a spotlight turned on or dimmed, you might not spend much time in. There’s been people in my life who’ve encouraged me to go express myself in a new (spot)light I hadn’t truly embraced and now feel comfortable doing so.
There’s also something intriguing… when you have all the lights turned on and the full spectrum shining down, you might be under one but someone else favors another and will pick that up in you. You can shimmy on over to their favorite spotlight and connect with them from there.
I loved this visual because the light alludes to the allure of a woman’s radiance. There’s something to the flavor and the wavelength of the color and her character. But the actual attraction is the light that shines through. A video below for those interested. Go on. Live your life.
It’s your show. Main character vibes.
The only thing I ask
Bring the energy.
