In the last podcast I posted, I reviewed the relationship between feeling safe in your body and trusting your emotions.
This is vital for several reasons. For the purpose of my course, I clarify what others are communicating to you and what you’re unconsciously communicating to others.
For those of you who haven’t listened to the audio, emotions are a physiological experience. The body has a physical response to the emotions you are feeling. When you observe the body, you’re able to infer the emotional experience without relying on verbal descriptions.
